Proviso in Section IV of SE of
1866 in the manner
suggested
it would be desirable to insert- in it the Provisions which the Lords of the Treasury recommended for insertion in Sod of 1866, bet: which as before expiained the Sceretary of State femmitted to be left out on condition of their being inserted in the Deck of Settlement. It is desirable that such important Provisions should appear in a Public Ordinances instead of in the Deed of Settlement to which but few People have recasion to refor.. the new Rolinance sight also
